Anti-Jump-Man
A downloadable game for Windows
After getting in contact with the powerful device known as the Bridge Gun, Zarfsón Killiaw III, the hero of our story (maybe), realizes that his purpose in life is to escape the nightmare world he's been living in. Will he make it out alive? Or will he fall into a pit of lava and DIE be defeated? Find out by downloading and playing through this unforgettable interactive action adventure designed to BLOW YOUR FUCKING BRAINS OFF WITH A metaphorical 9MM HANDGUN of ground-breaking video-game-play!
Anti-Jump-Man is an abstract platformer where the main character sucks at jumping (good luck trying to beat it if it didn't have some sort of gimmick that helped you along the way, ha!) The game lasts a few minutes, but it's the game I have put the most effort towards lately and I liked how the narrative side of it turned out. It started out as a simple, stylish, prototype and at the beginning I thought about how I wanted this to be the first game I would make once I got done with Hotline Miami modding, after seeing that entries were open for a national videogame contest though, I decided to just finish the project and release it.
Note: While not a native Linux application, the Windows executable should run flawlessly using compatibility layers such as Proton and/or Wine 4.0 (and up)
- 12/12/2018: Won 2nd place in the PC/Console category for the 13th National Video Game Contest in Uruguay!

I liked it! The aesthetic sort of reminds me of VVVVVV, and the level design was pretty solid. My only real complaint is that the visuals and sound can be kinda intense, it might be good to have an option to turn that down, or something. But otherwise, great job all arund!
